Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for Planning and Project Controls across major programmes, aligning with client objectives.
• Lead, develop and manage Planning and Project Controls teams, providing coaching and career development.
• Establish governance frameworks for planning, scheduling and project controls.
• Oversee integrated project schedules, critical path analysis, resource loading and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with client teams and senior stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes.
