Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a senior advisory leader to reinvent how organisations plan, forecast and allocate resources. You will shape transformation strategy, lead major design choices across process, data and technology, and drive value realisation from planning initiatives.

You will collaborate with CFOs, FP&A leaders and executives to deliver end-to-end planning transformations, leveraging modern platforms and AI-enabled insights to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise planning transformations.
• Strong ability to partner with CFOs and FP&A leaders.
• Deep understanding of planning platforms and data-enabled insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state planning diagnostics with evidence-based findings.
• Define future planning ambition and design principles.
• Design target planning capability across strategic, financial, and operational planning.
• Guide platform assessment and data architecture.
• Define role of AI in forecasting and analytics.
• Deliver transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Own client relationships and project governance.
