• Workshops, requirements and problem definition.
• Finance process design and fit-to-standard.
• Enterprise structure and chart of accounts.
• Platform breadth and conversational fluency.
• AI in finance processes, and in how we deliver.
• Working with clients, and how the work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and discovery workshops with client teams and document agreed actions.
• Define problems precisely, quantify costs and impact on the finance function.
• Design and improve core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Acquire-to-Retire).
• Understand enterprise structure, chart of accounts and reporting requirements.
• Discuss and compare ERP/platform options, and support platform selection.
• Communicate with clients and manage scope, timelines and expectations.
