Balfour Beatty Power T&D is seeking a Planning Manager to oversee the strategic planning and scheduling of multiple construction projects, including tenders and contracts. Qualifications

• Expert in identifying planning scope, constraints, and contract requirements.
• Lead Tender planning with efficient design, procurement and construction strategy.
• Develop deliverables: programs, planning philosophy, presentations and reports.
• Oversee Contract Programme and alignment with procedures.
• Display and evaluate critical path and maintain baselines; manage change control.
• Resource management to minimize costs and delays.
• Contract management with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Data analysis with KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Training and development of junior planners.

Responsibilities

• Identify planning scope and constraints with tender requirements.
• Lead development of tender programs and ensure alignment with goals.
• Manage planning deliverables and guide Tender Programmes.
• Provide strategic guidance during contract stage and manage Senior Planner.
• Present project baselines and manage change control.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet objectives.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Produce project data and KPIs for progress tracking.
• Mentor less experienced planners.
