Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Planning Manager to lead integrated schedules for complex data center projects, from design through turnover, and to surface risks early. You will build master schedules, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and keep programs aligned with scope and milestones, aiming for predictable delivery in a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning, scheduling, project controls, or construction delivery.
• Experience on large-scale datacenter or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience and critical path scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated project schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Use critical path analysis to identify risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts before blockers occur.
• Track progress against baselines and provide updates on milestones, slippage, and recovery options.
• Prepare schedule reports, lookaheads, forecasts, and executive updates for timing clarity.
