Qualifications

• Proven experience in Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, or enterprise planning roles.
• Strong understanding of the Oliver Wight IBP framework or equivalent best-practice planning methodologies.
• Experience in complex, asset-heavy environments like data centers or capital-intensive industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the monthly IBP cycle including Demand Review, Supply & Capacity Review.
• Partner with teams to convert pipeline into structured demand scenarios.
• Integrate IBP outputs into budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
