Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Development Management across a mixed caseload.
• Knowledge of planning legislation, policy, and rural issues.
• Confidence preparing reports and presenting to committees.
• Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied planning application caseload.
• Prepare reports for delegated decisions and committees.
• Support strategic and rural planning initiatives.
• Undertake site visits and engage with stakeholders.
• Assist with service improvements and mentor junior staff.
