Job summary

Carrington West is assisting a Local Planning Authority in Hampshire to recruit an experienced Development Management professional at either Senior DM Planner or DM Planning Officer level on an interim basis.

You will oversee a varied caseload of planning applications, offer professional planning advice, prepare reports and recommendations, and work closely with applicants, agents and internal colleagues to deliver timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Local Planning Authority Development Management.
• Strong experience in managing and determining planning applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Experience engaging with applicants, agents and stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence required for site visits.
