Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Director of Planning to provide strategic leadership across the UK planning practice and drive growth for a leading multidisciplinary consultancy paired with delivery of major infrastructure and development projects.

You will lead, mentor and develop teams, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership while collaborating with planning, environmental, engineering and design groups.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning (RTPI accredited).
• Chartered Membership with RTPI.
• Extensive consultancy experience with leadership of teams.
• Proven success in winning and delivering major projects.
