Job summary

CO-OP is seeking a Planning and Demand Analyst to join the Digital, Technology & Data team in Manchester. You’ll unify data sources to create a trusted view of demand, capacity, and priorities, helping leaders decide where resources should be focused and how changes are delivered.

You’ll drive consistency in planning data capture, management and sharing while developing your analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with planning, demand management or portfolio planning processes.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and modeling.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis for large datasets.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build relationships.
• Ability to identify data quality issues and challenge assumptions.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain planning and demand data ensuring accuracy and governance.
• Review incoming demand and align requests to business priorities.
• Analyse data from multiple sources and translate into actionable insights.
• Build a trusted view of demand, capacity, and future priorities across portfolios.
• Identify gaps, dependencies and pressures across plans and demand pipelines.
• Support forecasting, scenario modelling and prioritisation activities.
• Produce planning artefacts and reports to inform decisions.
