Job summary

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client meetings, and supervise budgets on major schemes. You will develop proposals, win tenders, and nurture key client relationships, building the profile of the team within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning process including EIA, EIP/plan promotion and appeals.
• Ability to manage major development projects and negotiations with authorities.
• Proven track record of client management and developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality planning advice to clients at all stages of development.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams on planning projects and managing client meetings.
• Project management and budgetary control on projects.
• Leading tenders and framework bids and contributing to business development.
