Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Senior Planning and Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Strategic Planning and Performance (SPPU) directorate in London. You will support the unit’s work through data analysis, benchmarking and market intelligence, aiding new programme viability and annual planning.

The role requires delivering high‑quality reports and dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau, communicating insights to key stakeholders, and collaborating with the planning

Qualifications

• Candidates will have experience of data analysis and business intelligence, delivering high-quality reports and dashboards that communicate clear insights to key stakeholders.
• You will be highly numerate with experience analysing diverse data types (including NSS and OfS), with excellent attention to detail and strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Candidates should be proactive, contribute to department initiatives, be adaptable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual planning round through provision of market intelligence and assist new programme development and viability.
• Collaborate with the broader planning team to support the directorate’s operations and the development of the university’s Tableau platform to enable evidence-based decision making.
