Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a planning professional to support the Senior Leadership Team on major schemes across Central and Outer London, assisting with feasibility studies, due diligence and client proposals.

The role requires strong multi-disciplinary project coordination, client relationship skills and a commercial mindset, with professional membership of RICS (P&D) or RTPI (APC submission desirable).

Qualifications

• Professional Membership of either the RICS (P&D) or RTPI with recent post qualification experience (desirable) or APC having been recently submitted.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and commercially astute with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good client relationship management skills and comfortable at presenting to clients.
• Good interpersonal skills, a genuine belief in collaboration and a clear ability to lead and inspire others.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to achieving high-quality client deliverables and hands-on involvement in the shaping and review of client deliverables and other outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning advice to private sector clients, focusing on Central London.
• Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for feasibility studies.
• Undertake project due diligence and manage project outputs.
• Lead and direct inputs from professionals across design teams; make decisions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support client pitches and proposals.
