Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a PFI/LIFT Contracts & Expiry Manager to lead strategic management, governance and expiry planning of the Trust's PFI and LIFT contracts within the Estates, Facilities & Capital Development Team.

You will ensure contractual compliance, oversee lifecycle and asset management obligations, manage risks, and coordinate handback and asset transfer with senior stakeholders and service providers to secure value for money and safe patient environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification and experience in Estates Management, Building Surveying, Engineering, Property Management or Construction.
• Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development
• Educated to Master's level or equivalent experience
• Desirable: PRINCE2, MSP or APM qualification; Contract Management qualification; PFI/PPP contract management training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management, governance, performance and expiry of the Trust's PFI and LIFT contractual arrangements.
• Deliver contract management activities, handback planning, lifecycle oversight, compliance monitoring and expiry programmes.
• Protect the Trust's contractual, operational, financial and estate interests and ensure value for money.
