Job summary

Nter Talent is partnering with a well-established drinks industry client to recruit a People Partner. Based in Luton with hybrid/flexible working, this role reports to the Executive Chairman and leads a People team to shape and deliver the people strategy in support of growth and organisation objectives.

You will work with senior leaders to design organisation structure, succession plans and workforce strategies, while delivering a high-performing, inclusive culture and compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a senior HR/People Partner or People Management role.
• Ability to align people initiatives with business performance.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and complex employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the people strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders on organisation design, succession planning, workforce planning and change management.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies and strengthen employer brand.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievances.
• Ensure HR policies and contracts comply with current legislation.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and culture initiatives.
• Develop performance management, L&D programmes, and career progression pathways.
• Oversee salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews, benefits and incentives.
• Use people data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Review HR systems and GDPR-compliant processes.
