Halfords seeks a Senior People Business Partner to lead the people strategy for Halfords Mobile Expert & Fleet Solutions. You will partner with Directors and senior leaders to shape the people agenda, ensuring alignment with commercial growth and operational excellence.

The role is field-based with UK travel and involves driving large-scale change and leadership capability. You will influence stakeholders across HME and Fleet, delivering workforce planning, talent management, and culture

Qualifications

Significant experience as a Senior People Business Partner or similar role.
Proven track record shaping and delivering strategic people agendas.
Experience delivering organisational transformation and capability-building.

Responsibilities

Partner with Directors and senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies supporting business objectives.
Act as trusted advisor on OD, leadership capability, workforce effectiveness, culture and change.
Lead workforce planning, succession and talent strategies for future growth.
Use data and analytics to diagnose challenges and drive evidence-based decisions.
Lead organisation-wide transformation initiatives to enhance colleague experience and performance.
Develop leadership through coaching and development interventions across the leadership community.
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver scalable people solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve structures, processes and ways of working.
Influence strategic priorities and drive continuous improvement across the business.
