Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Redditch, focusing on high-volume recruitment for the Garages business. You will build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, design innovative direct sourcing strategies and pipeline development to meet immediate and long-term hiring priorities.

You will manage 20–30 positions at once, shaping recruitment with market insights, and adapting to changing business needs within Halfords' flexible TA model.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting at high volume, partnering with Hiring Managers.
• Ability to source proactively and build talent pools.
• End-to-end candidate lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand priorities and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle from first contact to offer.
• Proactively maintain talent pools for current and future needs.
• Communicate with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to align on plans.
• Oversee ATS data accuracy, compliance and reporting.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to inform resourcing strategies.
• Represent Halfords at hiring events and on-site locations.
• Champion fair, inclusive and consistent hiring practices.
