Job summary

Morgan Hunt Recruitment is seeking an experienced People Partner for a leading FE college in Middlesex. You will provide strategic HR partnership across the college, advising senior leaders on employee relations and policy, and shaping workforce plans using data and trends.

We expect a credible, delivery-focused HR professional with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at executive levels and managing cross-college People & OD priorities.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Substantial and current HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.

Responsibilities

• Build credible relationships with Principals, Heads of School and senior leaders and translate priorities into practical people plans.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, organisational change and policy applications.
• Use workforce data to identify risks, skills gaps and staffing requirements, and develop evidence-based plans.
