Qualifications

Strategic HR partner with experience in complex, multi-site organisations.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritise people priorities to support business strategy.
Broad People & Culture expertise across leadership, performance, change and engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop Hub-level people plans that strengthen performance and sustainable growth.
Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people initiatives.
Lead strategic workforce planning ensuring capacity and capability.
Collaborate on organisational design and operating model development.
Lead succession and talent discussions and drive leadership development.
Embed a learning culture and enable leaders to grow capability.
