Job summary

Stripe is actively seeking an Account Executive, Product (Payouts) to accelerate growth of payouts products globally. You will partner with product, engineering and marketing to deepen product knowledge and drive strategic deals.

You will be instrumental in leading in-depth product discussions with prospect users globally and building and executing against our go to market strategy. You will lead / manage complex negotiations, working across executive levels and multiple stakeholders to craft

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development at a technology company with enterprise focus.
• 5+ years selling payments to large enterprise merchants.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-starter with drive to achieve business results without heavy supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft multi-stakeholder solutions.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Building - Hunt for new users
• Lead complex new deals related to payouts capabilities and tailored solutions
• Understand the sales process and competitors' offerings in terms of payouts
• Synthesize and relay customer feedback to inform Stripe's product roadmap
• Engage with Product, Marketing and Account teams to amplify growth globally
