Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and inputting patient data on RiO electronic record system.
• Experience monitoring performance data.
• Experience providing administrative support to a large team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (daily use).
• Proven note taking/minuting skills, with live typing expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support within the pathway coordinator service.
• Work with leadership to ensure the service runs efficiently and targets are met.
• Monitor performance targets and ensure processes are followed.
• Travel between North Cumbria sites as required.
