Job summary

Multicultural Apprenticeship and Skills Alliance (MASA) is seeking a Programme, Policy & Partnerships Manager to build partnerships, shape influence and grow MASA's national reach. You will drive commercial conversations, represent MASA externally and create momentum across employers, policymakers and communities.

The role focuses on designing programmes with measurable impact, delivering high-quality events and campaigns, and building a robust ecosystem with strong KPIs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, business development and external engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with employers, policymakers, providers and communities.
• Comfortable in commercial conversations and events (online/offline).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of MASA programmes, campaigns, forums and events.
• Ensure delivery is well organised, high quality and aligned to strategic goals.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, outputs and follow-up actions.
• Capture insight, outcomes and feedback to inform future activity and demonstrate value.
• Develop smart KPIs and performance measures for growth activity.
