Job summary

The role demands strong relationship building to align departmental priorities with local opportunities, drive cross‑public sector collaboration, and oversee Pathfinder implementation and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience collaborating across central government departments and local government.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of property, estates or strategic asset management.
• Ability to work autonomously on new initiatives in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Pathfinder co-design with the MCA to tailor the LAMP model.
• Drive cross-public sector collaboration to align estate strategies.
• Oversee implementation and evaluation of the LAMP Pathfinder.
• Strategic asset planning to identify co-location and housing opportunities.
• Scope the LAMP concept across a broader MCA network for scaling.
• Contribute data and insights to the SR27 business case.
