Job summary

VodafoneThree in Newbury, UK, is seeking a Partner Manager to own strategic partnerships, define partner strategies and govern joint business plans. The role focuses on building executive-level relationships and aligning internal teams to drive measurable value across Vodafone Business.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with technology providers and ecosystem partners to deliver growth and commercial outcomes across UK markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with assigned partners, acting as the primary point of accountability for the overall relationship.
• Define and maintain partner strategies aligned to VBUK priorities, ensuring each partner has a clear role within our partner portfolio.
• Develop, mobilise and govern JBPs that drive mutual value, clear commitments and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong executive and senior stakeholder relationships internally and externally to ensure alignment and sponsorship of strategic priorities.
• Identify and shape opportunities that support VBUK growth ambitions, commercial priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between partners and internal stakeholders, aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Procurement and Delivery teams around agreed objectives.
• Ensure partners are effectively embedded into VBUK GTM activities, propositions, customer opportunities and strategic programmes where relevant.
• Provide strategic insight and recommendations on partner opportunities, risks and investment priorities, ensuring VBUK maximises value from key relationships.
