Monzo in London is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships that enhance our core banking features, including subscriptions and accounts. You will identify, build, and manage relationships with high-profile brands to deliver value for paying customers.

Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science and Operations, you’ll scale existing partnerships and explore new bets like Monzo Mobile, contributing to growth and customer delight.

Formación

• Proven track record in partnerships or business development within fintech or tech.
• Experience building and scaling B2B and B2C partnerships delivering measurable impact.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to inform strategy.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver a partnership strategy for Monzo core banking products.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with trusted brands.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with partners.
• Scale partnerships via data insights, performance tracking, and optimization.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Data Science, Design and Operations.
• Manage partnerships from idea through implementation and long-term success.
