Job summary

Sainsbury's is hiring for a partnerships-focused role, based from a Store Support Centre with hybrid travel to stores. You’ll connect supplier, technology and business teams to deliver improved performance and value, shaping new ways of working and leveraging emerging capabilities such as AI to drive the Next Level strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supplier partnerships, accounts or commercial relationships within a complex matrix organisation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate contractual obligations into actionable improvements.
• Strong understanding of governance, performance measures and value opportunities in a multi-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined areas of the partnership, aligning supplier, technology, procurement and business service owners to turn priorities into action.
• Review service performance, investigate issues, prepare insights for partnership forums and drive next steps with senior stakeholders.
• Translate contractual commitments and business cases into measurable outcomes using data to challenge and improve delivery.
