Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc in the UK seeks a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to own the procure-to-pay (P2P) processes within the Systems business, driving efficiency, compliance and data quality. You will lead the P2P cycle from PO through receipt and transfer, working with the Supply Chain Coordinator and suppliers to ensure timely progress and payments.

The role is based from Bristol and Midsomer Norton with hybrid working and occasional travel; you will contribute to continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Strong Business Central or comparable ERP experience.
• Demonstrable data skills and a genuine passion for data and process.
• Procure-to-pay or purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the procure-to-pay processes across the Systems business.
• Chase suppliers to secure order confirmations and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the supplier payment process to enable timely payments.
• Own inbound, warehouse and stock movements; raise transfer orders as needed.
• Drive data quality and continuous improvement across the P2P cycle.
