Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an Operations Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our growing automotive service network. You will work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time with clear accountability.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and execution-oriented, with strong communication skills and a track record of coordinating multi-site operations to turn plans into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership or project management experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.
• Maintain visibility into major organizational priorities and proactively elevate risks.
• Prepare materials, reporting, presentations, and analyses for leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate follow-up and accountability across leadership teams.
