Job summary

Radar Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager Commercial and Framework Partners to maximise revenue through strategic procurement frameworks and partnerships. The Opportunity

Radar Healthcare's new Senior Manager Commercial and framework Partners

The Senior Manager Commercial and framework Partners is responsible for maximising revenue through strategic procurement frameworks and commercial partnerships. The role will build and manage senior relationships with framework authorities and procurement leaders, helping customers navigate compliant procurement routes and accelerating customer acquisition. You will provide strategic procurement guidance, support complex commercial negotiations and act as a senior procurement and contractual adviser to the UK Growth team

What you’ll be doing to make a difference:
Drive Strategic Framework Partnerships
  • Build and manage senior relationships with major framework providers and procurement authorities.

  • Develop joint engagement plans that increase visibility, generate pipeline opportunities, and maximise framework utilisation.

  • Identify emerging frameworks and secure positions on strategically important procurement vehicles.

  • Create sustainable opportunity channels for the Sales team through strategic partner engagement.

Lead Procurement-Led Growth
  • Own the commercial strategy for procurement and framework opportunities across healthcare markets.

  • Guide customers through compliant procurement routes and buying frameworks.

  • Develop procurement guidance, commercial collateral, and supporting resources to simplify the customer purchasing journey.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Bids, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to accelerate opportunity progression.

Influence Senior Procurement Stakeholders
  • Develop trusted relationships with Procurement Directors, Heads of Procurement, Commercial Directors, and Category Managers.

  • Engage stakeholders early to identify requirements, reduce procurement barriers, and shape successful routes to market.

  • Act as Radar Healthcare's procurement and framework expert, both internally and externally.

Lead Commercial Negotiations
  • Support and lead negotiations relating to customer contracts, framework call-offs, and commercial agreements.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, and senior leadership to manage contractual discussions and risk.

  • Balance customer requirements with commercial objectives while maintaining momentum in strategic opportunities.

Enable Internal Success
  • Provide procurement expertise during bid reviews and strategic deal discussions.

  • Deliver coaching and training to commercial teams on framework sales, procurement routes, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Create playbooks, templates, and best-practice guidance that support scalable commercial growth.

Your journey so far...
  • Significant experience in public sector procurement, framework management, commercial management, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, routes to market, and public sector purchasing processes.

  • Proven success building relationships with senior procurement and commercial stakeholders.

  • Experience leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations.

  • Ability to translate procurement requirements into practical business solutions.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and operational teams.

Even better if you…
  • Experience within HealthTech, healthcare software, or SaaS.

  • Knowledge of NHS and wider public sector procurement frameworks.

  • Experience with framework call-offs, competitive procurement processes, and enterprise-level opportunities.

  • Understanding of healthcare procurement challenges and governance requirements.
