Job summary

CheckFire Ltd invites applications for an Operations Director to lead the end-to-end performance of the Active Fire Division, overseeing FireCycle, Warehousing, Transport and Production. The role shapes the operational strategy to deliver growth while ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive OPEX, process improvement and KPI delivery across multiple sites, building high-performing teams and delivering measurable gains in productivity and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a senior operational leadership role, including Senior Leadership Team exposure.
• Strong knowledge across warehousing, transport, production and recycling environments.
• Experience leading multi-site operational functions and delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the operational strategy for FireCycle, Warehousing, Transport and Production.
• Provide leadership across all operational functions to drive accountability and performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and OPEX initiatives for efficiency and cost control.
• Oversee safety, compliance and ISO requirements across all sites.
• Manage budgets, KPIs and reporting to support profitability and growth.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental activity to meet business objectives and customer needs.
