Job summary

Daisy Chain is seeking a Head of Operations to provide senior leadership across the organisation, ensuring safe, effective and sustainable infrastructure to deliver our charitable objectives.

You will oversee premises, health and safety, risk, procurement, IT, data protection, insurance and business continuity, working with the CEO and senior leaders to drive improvements and governance. The role involves leading major projects and driving proactive delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience in operations, facilities, estates or a comparable leadership environment.
• Confident oversight of operational risk, health and safety, compliance and assurance.
• Experience managing premises, infrastructure, projects, suppliers and contracts across multiple sites.
• Ability to lead and develop managers and create clear accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across premises, infrastructure, risk, procurement, IT, data protection, insurance and business continuity.
• Lead significant operational projects and complex issues with external providers.
• Support governance, audit and assurance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CEO and senior leaders to align operations with organisational strategy.
