Job summary

CBRE UK is seeking an Associate Director for Surveying (Commercial Property Management) in Central London. The role focuses on managing a high-profile portfolio of predominantly office assets for valued clients, with hybrid working and line management responsibilities possible.

The successful candidate will be client-focused, experienced in the London office market, and able to work autonomously while delivering CBRE's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably RICS qualified (Commercial Pathway) with relevant post qualification experience in the London office market.
• Some management experience is preferable.
• Constantly updating knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation to advise clients.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Understand lease structures and turnover rent concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage transition of clients/properties in and out of CBRE management.
• Ensure service charge budgets and cash flows align with client KPIs.
• Prepare client reports and attend meetings with minutes where required.
• Maintain lease documentation, fees, and permit approved actions.
• Collaborate with Building Managers and technical specialists to deliver client objectives.
• Support junior team members and contribute to department plans.
