Job summary

Ravensbourne University London is seeking two Strategic People Partners to shape the future of People & Culture during a period of transformation and growth. You will partner with senior leaders to drive performance, lead change, and deliver strategic initiatives across the university.

We seek credible HR professionals with extensive partnership experience, strong employment law knowledge, and a data-informed approach to decision-making.

Qualifications

• Significant Senior HR Business Partner or Strategic People Partner experience.
• Proven track record in organisational change and transformation.
• Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• Experience in workforce planning and organisational design.
• Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to use data and insight to support decision-making.
• Chartered CIPD membership (Level 7) or equivalent experience.
