• Proven ability to analyse and communicate complex financial data.
• Experience analysing financial and operational performance to support decision-making.
• Experience liaising with clinical and operational leaders to drive financial improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maximise the financial and operational efficiency impact of FIP schemes to support patient flow and reduce waiting times.
• Provide clear, concise financial information to decision-making groups including the Trust Board and NHS England.
• Work with Divisional Managers and Clinical Directors on Financial Improvement Programme delivery and productivity improvements.
