Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a Mobility Manager based at Wembley Stadium in London to coordinate host city mobility plans and provide expert guidance for tournament logistics. The fixed-term role runs from February 2027 to Summer 2028 with travel across the UK and Ireland.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and transport knowledge to align host city activities with national and international mobility strategies and ensure robust, deliverable plans.

Qualifications

• Strong operational planning experience with ability to review and challenge complex transport plans.
• Knowledge of EURO 2028 Host Cities and public transport context for major events.
• Technical understanding of public transport across the UK and Ireland.
• Strategic and proactive approach to event transport planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to influence planning outcomes in large multi-city programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as UK&I contact for Host Cities, including Dublin, and coordinate mobility planning.
• Provide support to Host City mobility teams and ensure plans align with tournament requirements.
• Assess mobility proposals for risks, gaps, and dependencies with robust assurance.
• Integrate Host City plans with wider mobility strategy and adjacent workstreams.
• Liaise across Host City and UK&I departments to share information and align delivery.
• Represent UK&I at planning groups and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
