Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Head of Merchandise Planning to shape GMP strategy across product categories, translating business aims into budgets, OTB decisions and stock plans. You will lead a team of Planners and Assistant Planners, partnering with buying, trading and channel teams to optimise sales and margin.

Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will drive category performance with an end-to-end view, oversee forecasts, and champion GMP alignment and AI pilot initiatives to accelerate
