Job summary

The Sisk Group seeks a Senior Building Services Manager to lead MEP delivery on major UK projects. You will ensure safe, efficient, high-quality integration of mechanical, electrical and public health systems from pre-construction through handover.

You will mentor teams, drive quality, safety and sustainability, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet programme, cost and client expectations across complex multi-site installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale, complex MEP projects.
• Understanding of the MEP supply chain and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Lifecycle experience: estimating, pre-construction, installation, commissioning, handover.
• Commercial and contractual awareness in MEP project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in applying Sisk Building Services management systems.
• Support delivery of Building Services strategy aligned with safety, quality and sustainability.
• Oversee MEP delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Guide tendering, procurement and award of MEP packages.
• Coordinate temporary electrical requirements safely and efficiently.
• Plan and integrate MEP works into the project programme.
• Engage with utility providers and stakeholders for interfaces.
• Review and approve coordinated drawings and builder's work.
• Track equipment and plant through approvals, procurement, delivery and testing.
• Identify and mitigate programme, contractual and commercial risks.
• Drive quality assurance, inspections, and progressive sign-off of installations.
• Oversee safe management of live energy systems.
