Job summary

Mytos is building automated cell manufacturing to scale therapies; you will own the supply chain for electromechanical automation systems and sterile consumables, driving down COGS and reducing lead times while ensuring GMP compliance.

Based at our White City site, the role requires hands-on leadership across purchasing, invoicing and inventory, with collaboration across manufacturing, finance and R&D; you’ll negotiate with suppliers, qualify alternatives and set demand planning in our ERP/MRP.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in procurement or supply chain, ideally in hardware, medtech or another regulated manufacturing setting.
• A track record of building or scaling a supply chain function.
• Cost-down programmes you've led and delivered.
• Hands-on experience qualifying and auditing suppliers and setting up quality agreements.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Building a supply chain that delivers accessible cures with lower COGS, shorter lead times and a robust supplier base.
• Own purchasing, invoicing and inventory end to end from requisition to goods-in and invoice resolution.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and terms that protect cash flow and IP.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, biology, engineering, operations, quality and finance.
• Manage third-party manufacturers and supplier risk frameworks.
