Job summary

Zeta Global in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate Director, Media Planning to lead strategic media plans and RFP responses for the UK-based programmatic sales organisation. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver KPI-driven proposals.

You’ll own end-to-end planning for RFPs, translate client goals into audience and inventory recommendations, and drive revenue growth within a fast-growing digital advertising technology company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital media planning or online advertising.
• Strong knowledge of digital ad metrics and pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic media plans and proposals for new business and account growth.
• Own end-to-end planning for RFPs and proactive proposals, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Present media strategies to sales teams and internal stakeholders; update as campaign details evolve.
• Translate campaign goals into audience, inventory, and targeting recommendations using data.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on products and mediacapabilities for sales and partners.
• Collaborate with sales, analytics, partnerships, supply and other teams to align goals and timelines.
