Qualifications
- Significant experience in Adult Social Care and Safeguarding
- Experience in MCA and DoLS practice and Court of Protection work
- Registration with Social Work England or NMC (or equivalent) and BIA qualification
Responsabilités
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for MCA & DoLS across North East Lincolnshire
- Collaborate with Adult Social Care, health partners, legal services and Safeguarding Adults Board
- Develop and coordinate system-wide response to DoLS rulings and national policy changes
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure rights and wellbeing of adults at risk
