Job summary

Hyra is seeking an experienced Clients & Markets Analyst to join its international law firm environment, driving market intelligence, client insights and commercial analysis to support growth across markets and sectors.

Reporting to the Business Development and Strategic Intelligence teams, you will analyse trends, monitor competitors and prepare briefings for senior leaders, shaping client strategy and opportunity identification.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in research, strategic intelligence or client insights within professional services.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Experience with market intelligence platforms such as PitchBook, Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
Commercial mindset with keen interest in market trends and business strategy.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth client, market and competitor research to support growth initiatives.
Produce client briefings, sector reports and market analysis for senior stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and developments across key sectors and client groups.
Support strategic client planning and opportunity identification programmes.
Develop dashboards, trackers and reporting tools to monitor client activity and market performance.
Analyze data and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver consistent intelligence across global markets.
