LAW Absolute, a leading international law firm, seeks a Business Development Analyst to join its high-performing team. The role supports partners and senior stakeholders across a global platform, delivering data-driven insights for client development initiatives across the UK, Europe, and APAC.

You will conduct market and competitor research, produce strategic intelligence, and present findings clearly to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in business development, market intelligence, competitive intelligence, research, or strategic insights.
• Background in law, financial analysis, economics, financial regulation or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting private equity, funds, asset management, or broader private capital sectors would be highly advantageous.
• An in-depth understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks and economic trends is essential.
• The ability to interpret complex information and identify patterns that may influence future market activity.
• Experience conducting research, forecasting trends or preparing strategic intelligence reports.
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
