Hyra is seeking an experienced Clients & Markets Analyst to join its international law firm environment, driving market intelligence, client insights and commercial analysis to support growth across markets and sectors.

Reporting to the Business Development and Strategic Intelligence teams, you will analyse trends, monitor competitors and prepare briefings for senior leaders, shaping client strategy and opportunity identification.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in research, strategic intelligence or client insights within professional services.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Experience with market intelligence platforms such as PitchBook, Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
• Commercial mindset with keen interest in market trends and business strategy.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clients & Markets Analyst to join a leading international law firm. This role sits at the heart of the firm's business development and client strategy function, delivering high-quality market intelligence, client insights and commercial analysis to support growth across key markets and sectors.

The Role

Working closely with Business Development, Client Development and Strategic Intelligence teams, you'll analyse market trends, client activity and competitive intelligence, helping senior stakeholders identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client, market and competitor research to support growth initiatives.
• Produce insightful client briefings, sector reports and market analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and commercial developments across key sectors and client groups.
• Support strategic client planning and opportunity identification programmes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and reporting tools to monitor client activity and market performance.
• Analyse complex data and present actionable recommendations to leadership teams.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver consistent and impactful intelligence across global markets.

About You

• 6+ years' experience in research, strategic intelligence, business development or client insights within legal, financial or professional services.
• Strong analytical, research and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with market intelligence platforms such as PitchBook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg or similar tools.
• Commercially minded with a keen interest in market trends and business strategy.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with exposure to data visualisation tools considered advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
