Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to shape and deliver the Conference & Events marketing strategy across 13 stadium venues. Working with the Head of Marketing, sales teams, venue teams, clients and agencies, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery to build demand, generate enquiries and showcase venues beyond match day.

The role involves developing annual plans, managing integrated campaigns, emails, and content, plus line management

Qualifications

• Develop and implement annual Conference & Events marketing plans.
• Translate strategy into deliverable campaigns across multiple venues.
• Interpret forecasts and data to optimise campaigns and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Marketing to shape priorities and drive the conference & events marketing strategy across 13 venues.
• Develop integrated quarterly campaign plans with channels, budgets and KPIs.
• Create and test email campaigns and manage audiences for ROI.
• Brief and manage creative and digital agencies to deliver on time and on budget.
• Manage and develop the Marketing Executive; monitor performance and workload.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial goals.
• Monitor website performance, content, and user journeys to improve enquiries.
• Measure enquiries, pipeline value influenced and ROI; report to stakeholders.
