Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Intelligence, to transform data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. You will synthesize multiple studies and leverage AI-driven knowledge delivery to support cross-functional product and leadership teams in London.

You will own research projects, monitor the external environment, and deliver data-backed recommendations across geographies, with an emphasis on rigorous analysis, storytelling, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic analysis.
• Knowledge of investment industry and data providers is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven research tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory to leadership on decision-making using cross-study insights.
• Proactive monitoring of external environment and market shifts.
• Conduct market research including sizing and trend analysis.
• Deliver customer and product insights to inform pricing and development decisions.
• Own end-to-end research projects from problem definition to presentation.
