- Develop and deliver market and competitor intelligence across ICAEW's core markets.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, sizing and segmentation to inform strategy.
- Produce reports and briefings with actionable recommendations for the Executive Committee and Board.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver priorities.
