Job summary

Essity is recruiting a Market Access Manager to drive growth across Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland by shaping strategic health board accounts and influencing decision-makers across health and social care systems.

You will collaborate with PAMA, Marketing, Sales and Commercial Development to develop plans that deliver measurable business impact and scalable patient access solutions across the devolved nations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the devolved nations health and social care market.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to write business cases, project briefs and gain engagement with key stakeholders.
• A track record of delivering innovative solutions to internal and external business groups.
• Best in class planning and leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience of operating in a Healthcare Partnership capacity and driving value.
• Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills.
• PRINCE2 qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead market access and reimbursement activities across the devolved nations, developing and delivering strategic Health Board account plans.
• Influence healthcare decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders to improve patient access.
• Partner across teams to deliver pricing, evidence and market access initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships.
