Qualifications
- Understanding of devolved nations health and social care market.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Ability to write business cases, project briefs and gain engagement with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record delivering innovative solutions to internal and external groups.
- Excellent planning and leadership capabilities.
- Experience operating in Healthcare Partnership capacity and driving value.
- Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills.
- PRINCE2 qualification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead market access and reimbursement activities across the devolved nations.
- Influence healthcare decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders to improve patient access.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Tender and Market Access teams to deliver initiatives.
- Develop pricing, evidence and market access strategies with stakeholders.
- Navigate complex health systems and align internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
