Job summary

One Stop Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will take end-to-end responsibility for the month-end close and management reporting across the Group, delivering accurate journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations, with timely forecasts and insightful variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Part qualified or studying towards ACCA, CIMA (or similar finance qualification).
• Experience using MS Excel to produce variance analysis and commentary.
• Experience with month-end closing and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for month-end close and management reporting across the Group.
• Provide clear financial insight and robust analysis to support decision making.
• Promote best practice within the Finance team and support the Finance Manager.
