Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in London is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to support month-end close and financial reporting while owning the accounts payable function.

Based in the London office with a hybrid pattern (4 days in, 1 day from home), you will prepare journals, monthly management accounts, reconciliations and assist with year-end activities. A part-qualified professional with remaining exams is preferred, and global collaboration is valued.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified with few exams remaining and suitable exemptions.
• Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting.
• Experience working with global teams is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Own accounts payable function and oversee weekly payment runs.
• Prepare journals and monthly management accounts.
• Perform balance-sheet reconciliations and support year-end audit.
• Contribute to finance transformation and strengthen internal controls.
